We take security very seriously and employ best practices to ensure that your personal data is safeguarded at all times. Your personal data is processed by us via our webhost who also employs the strictest security standards in accordance with best industry practice.

We do not store your credit card details. When you make a payment on our site, your details are securely processed by a third party payment gateway.
Personal data, such as contact details that you supply to us for the purposes of information requests and so on, are regularly deleted by us. We delete your personal data when the reason for the communication with you no longer exists.

This does not apply to students, since we are obliged to hold records in order to process requests (pre and post-graduation), confirm awards, issue transcripts, re-issue certification, and comply with taxation and other legislative requirements.
